The Project 25 Technology Interest Group (PTIG) is a group of individuals and organizations who share the mutual interest of advancing the refinement, development, deployment, and applications of the digital communications technology represented by Project 25 industry standards.
PTIG members include two-way radio communications experts, public safety professionals, and equipment manufacturers. Our members recognize the need for, and have a direct stake in, the continued development of the critical communications capabilities represented in the P25 standards.
Membership Categories
PTIG allows Two Membership Categories: Commercial, and Individual
Commercial Members affiliated with Providing Project 25 Technology
The Commercial Membership is intended to serve manufacturers and vendors who engage in the selling and marketing of Project 25 related systems and equipment. The Commercial Membership is also open to include consultants, integrators, and service providers who engage in the selling and marketing of these capabilities in support of Project 25 systems and equipment.
Individual Members Affiliated with Public Safety and Project 25 Interests
The Individual Membership is intended to serve employees of Governments, Utilities, and other Industries interested in utilizing and deploying P25 Technology into their two way radio systems. The Individual Membership is also open to include employees and members of Public Service and Trade Associations that demonstrate an interest in pursuing the objectives of PTIG and the Project 25 Standards process.
